We offer a variety of search options that can be individually customized to meet each client's corporate recruitment needs. The most common executive searches include:
Retained Executive Search
This option is used primarily when a position must be filled within a specific period. We provide an extended guarantee and executive candidates are presented on an exclusive basis. We guarantee an agreed-upon number of in-person interviews.
Engagement Executive Search
The engagement option is for high-priority positions. An engagement fee is required to begin the search, with the final payment, less the engagement fee, due on the candidate's start date. We guarantee an agreed-upon number of in-person interviews and provide an extended guarantee.
Contingency Executive Search
A contingency executive search may be used for ongoing openings. Payment is due upon the candidate's start date and there is a 60-day replacement guarantee.

All executive search fees are paid by the hiring company and are based on the level of service required. Our fees are highly competitive and are set on an individual basis. Many clients prefer to retain us with a partial payment to secure priority attention, while other clients prefer to compensate for services strictly on a contingency basis. All placements are guaranteed. Consulting fees are based on a project or hourly basis, depending on the complexity.
