We initiate every client engagement with an HR Audit to analyze the businesses’ human resources metrics. The analysis is conducted and solutions are recommended. The components are the following:

  • Employee Relations: This includes extensive turnover analysis (voluntary vs. involuntary turnover, per hiring manager, per region, and per department turnover, etc.), EEOC claims analysis, a review of any employee related lawsuits, and a review of the company employee handbook and its policies.
  • Employment: This includes extensive analysis of the current employment process both internally and externally for hiring, on-boarding, 3-month follow-up, and performance reviews, cost per hire analysis, and the length of time to fill open positions.
  • Compensation: This includes equity analysis of the current staff, salary banding, title analysis, and FLSA analysis (exempt vs. non-exempt status).
